Color Matters!
Yes color is visual, but don't underestimate pigment's significance on important performance criteria like impact, weatherabability, warping. There are literally tens of thousands of pigments available to us, but only a select subset are suitable for the demands of a rotomolded part.
Consistency of the ingredients is crucial to consistency of your process. If you are chasing variability in your process, you need a supplier you can count on that isn't changing their ingredients, including pigments, lot to lot, month to month, year to year. At Mosaic we create a custom color match and a specific formula for you, we will stick with it through its history with Mosaic.
Having an on site color lab at Mosaic Roto to match, develop formulas, and QC your colored products is critical to your success.

Our on site color lab enables us to have the fastest turn around times on matches and production orders. Our team's priority is to provide you service as fast as possible without sacrificing quality. A lead time of 10 days or less from PO to ship is not uncommon at Mosaic.
